These terms cover using this site and applying through it. Booking a workshop on a coach's or gym's own site is covered by that site's terms instead.

Build Your Game is a brand of Digital Doctrine Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 12192787. Registered office: 3 Anderson Court, Newnham Road, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, CB3 9EZ. Email contact@buildyourgame.co.uk.

Applying

Applying is free and commits neither of us to anything. We read every application and reply by email. If we both want to go ahead, we agree the terms for your site in writing before we build it, and those terms are what you sign up to. Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept just by applying.

The fees on the home page are the ones we charge today: 3.3% of each payment and £30 a year, with no setup fee and no monthly fee. Your written agreement with us sets the fees for your site.

What you send us

Only send photos and words that are yours to share, or that you have permission to use. If anyone can be recognised in a photo, check they're happy for it to appear on a website. By sending them, you let us use them to talk to you about your site and to build it. We don't use them anywhere else without asking you first.

Using this site

The words, design and photos on this site belong to Digital Doctrine Ltd or to the people who let us use them. Please don't copy them without asking. We try to keep the site accurate and working, but we can't promise it always will be. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law, or our responsibility for anything the law doesn't let us exclude.

Changes and the law

We may update these terms; the date below shows when they last changed. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
